Getting in touch with us
Most questions come down to a small handful of things: an activation that needs a nudge, a login that needs re-entering, or a picture that is not behaving. We can usually sort those quickly, provided we have the right details in front of us.
This page explains how to reach us, what to include so we can help on the first reply, and how to handle the common account tasks yourself without waiting for anyone.
How to reach us
Support runs over email and messaging, and we work through requests in the order they arrive. Written contact suits this kind of help well: you can send a screenshot, we can send back an exact M3U URL or Xtream Codes login, and nothing gets lost in translation. Use the contact form or address shown at checkout and in your order confirmation, and reply on the same thread if you have already written in, so your history stays in one place.
What to include for a fast answer
The single biggest thing that speeds up a reply is telling us what you are actually looking at. A one-line description of the problem plus the details below usually means we can answer properly the first time, rather than trading messages to work out the basics.
- Your order number or the email you ordered with, so we can find the subscription
- The device you are using: Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, iPhone or Apple TV, MAG portal, or Windows
- The app or player you have set up, and whether you are on an M3U URL or an Xtream Codes login
- Exactly what you see on screen: the wording of any error, a black screen, buffering on one channel, or nothing loading at all
- When it started, and whether it affects every channel or just some
When you will hear back
We aim to reply within hours rather than days, and activation-related messages tend to move fastest because there is little to diagnose. We would rather not promise a fixed response time we cannot honour on a busy day, so treat that as our intention rather than a guarantee. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the first line and keep everything in a single thread; scattered follow-ups across new messages slow things down rather than speed them up.
Handling it yourself
A fair number of account tasks do not need us at all. The Control Panel at https://iptv.ad/panel lets you view your subscription, check when a term ends, and manage your setup in one place, which is often quicker than waiting for a reply. Resellers and anyone looking after several lines will find the same panel is where subscriptions are organised. If you have worked through it and something still is not right, write in with the details above and we will pick it up from there.
